1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the rbajre.cam website and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" means any person registered on rbajre.
• "Account" means a member's personal account, which holds their balance, betting history, and personal information.
• "Bonus" means all promotional offers, free spins, and cashback provided by rbajre.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the specified amount that must be wagered in order to make bonus funds withdrawable.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

rbajre may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID or passport for age and identity verification. rbajre reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or activity until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

By registering an account, you agree to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information. If an account is opened with false or incomplete information, rbajre reserves the right to close that account and confiscate any funds.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. Attempting to open multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.3 Login and Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious login activity, notify the support team immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Requirements

Deposits on rbajre can be made using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
• Your balance may be held until the deposit amount is satisfactorily verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be accepted if the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500); for deposits of ৳8,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies (total balance ৳13,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) applies to all bonus funds. This means that unless bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount have been completed, the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• If fraudulent behaviour is detected in connection with bonus use, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• rbajre reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.3%; Gold — up to 0.5%; Platinum — up to 0.6%; Diamond — up to 0.8%.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

rbajre offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as participation in slots, live casino, bingo, card games, and more. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed based on incorrect odds or balances displayed due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match or event is not completed and the result remains undecided, the bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.

6.2 Sports Betting

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by rbajre

rbajre may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Where required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Requests for account closure due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming reasons will be processed on a priority basis. You have the right to receive your valid balance back upon closure.
